Well she headed out without a doubt
and without a care in the world.
She thought she found her place in time and space
But she was following the wrong crowd.

You see the time was right, but the place was wrong.
or the place was set perfectly
and the timing was just no good
So she had to waited patiently
and she said

Forget about a moment of hesitation.
My soul mate will arrive
Through thick and thin we’ll find out what’s out and waiting
My soul mate will arrive

He was so on track that he had to laugh
when they told him he would not succeed
It was time to get up and make the jump
From the small pond.to the sea.

But he forgot his plan turned tail and ran
And he lost his self-esteem
Saw the sands slipping through his hands
And thought back to when he used to say

He got down and prayed to find his way
While he felt like giving up.
Within just a few days he saw her smiling face
like an angel from the heavens above

Fate opened its gates Shook them in their place
As you can guess it was meant to be
Soon they were wrapped up in each other’s arms
And now they can finally sing.
